A few quick answers
Are channels included?
No. Max App plays your playlists. It does not provide channels, subscriptions or media.
Where can I find my MAC?
Your device code (MAC) appears on the first screen in Max App and in Settings.
How do I add a list?
Send your MAC to your provider, or use Upload list with your MAC and the one-time code from “Upload playlist from website” on the TV first screen (or later from Settings). Get a fresh code for each send or delete; it lasts 10 minutes.
What does Lock mean?
Your provider manages this device. Only they can change its lists while it is locked. Ask them for changes or to unlock it. Watching still works.
Why is my playlist not working?
The app shows the reason and support details when a list cannot load. Check your connection and contact your playlist provider with the error shown. Do not share private links or passwords.
Which devices are supported?
Android TV and Android phones or tablets running Android 6 or newer; Fire TV running Fire OS 6 or newer. This Android app does not run on iPhone, iPad or Vega OS.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Each device gets one 30-day trial when it first registers. Reinstalling does not start a new trial. Ask your provider about activation afterwards.
